65% Creeping Red Fescue, 20% Chewings Fescue, 15% Perennial Ryegrass
The LC (Landscape Contractors) Shade Mix contains most of the same species as our Newsom Shade Mix but the breakdown is a little different, making it more economical per pound for when your job requires more than just a few bags.
Use Rates: 4-5 lbs./1,000 ft2 for bare ground, 2-2.5 lbs./1,000 ft2 for overseeding
