100% Tall Fescue
We use 3 varieties of tall fescue in this very popular blend. The tall fescues tolerate heat & drought, and can tolerate a fair amount of shade. All the varieties are improved varieties, locally adapted with narrow blades and from the Maryland/Virginia Recommended List – TT-77.
Sow at 7-8 lbs per 1000 ft2 for bare ground.
Sow at 3.5-4 lbs per 1000 ft2 for overseeding.
